We aim to leave a lasting impression without leaving a lasting footprint. The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) guide us, but action defines us. Our vision for sustainability is clear: small shifts, significant impact, and every day. Plus, there's always more to do.
Our climate action journey
We earned our first CO₂ certification in 2012. But sustainability isn’t just a project. It's a principle that begins with working together for a greater good.
Together is one of our core values, shaping how we work with clients, partners, suppliers, and communities to build a thriving planet.
We believe life is better with great events. But great events must also respect people and the planet. So, we keep pushing to do better.
From the start of each project, we look for ways to lower impact — re-usable stage sets, textile architecture, and sourcing local suppliers wherever possible.

Investing in a better future
Our sustainability focus aligns with key UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs): climate action, decent work, innovation, and responsible consumption. We also invest in education, training our teams and supporting schools in Kenya and Brazil.
We’re currently setting clear targets for 2030 and 2050, aligned with international frameworks like the UN SDGs and the SME Climate Commitment. While exact milestones are still being finalised, our direction is clear:
Transparency guides us. We'll share our progress openly, moving from intention to action. We're also introducing new guidelines to help every project leave a lighter footprint.

Seka Academy Vantage
We’re proud of what we’ve built and how we are empowering the next generation. In 2025, we celebrate 10 years of funding the Seka Academy Vantage and the education of pre-school and primary-school children in the Seka area of Lake Victoria, Kenya.
With our 2024 fundraiser, we aimed even higher, supporting the purchase of a school bus to transport more kids to class and raising the number of pupils to 140. Our gratitude to everyone who donated. The bus has arrived!
Soul Tatajuba
We back Soul Tatajuba in Brazil, giving 30 kids a shot at a better future. English, kitesurfing, swimming are real skills that give real opportunities in tourism in this area of Brazil and beyond. Education meets adventure, opening doors in their changing world. One former student shares about what Soul Tatajuba has changed for him in the interview below.
