This summit's aim was to showcase promising research projects from across Austria, Germany and Switzerland while sparking new momentum for academic innovation in healthcare.

Breakout lightning talks and inspiring plenary keynotes encouraged cross-field connections and new ideas.

The Vantage team provided comprehensive event design support, including agenda and engagement design. This German-language experience featured pop-up theatres, a networking lounge, and an interactive group vote for the best initiatives, crowning both category winners and an overall champion.

In the lead-up, researchers participated in a virtual data-storytelling workshop, designed and facilitated by Vantage, with optional one-on-one coaching to refine their narratives. Speaker support continued onsite in German and English.

Vantage also managed the production of the event branding and meeting collateral, the design of interactive spaces, directed the build and partnered with the AV team to ensure every presentation ran seamlessly.
