Vantage transformed a conventional hotel meeting room into a dynamic, multi-use hub. Graduates from the organisation’s learning and development programme came together to build on their collective power.

Supported by our technical production, we designed and facilitated a two-day workshop, focusing on the participants' operating principles and strengthening their sense of community. Themed interactivity and song overlaid the design-thinking process that balanced listening, learning, and co-creating.

The event culminated in a high-energy collaboration, where professional musicians helped participants turn their ideas into a powerful anthem. The momentum created ensured a lasting impact beyond the event.
