Graduates from the organisation’s learning and development programme came together to build on something bigger: their collective energy and shared purpose.

We designed and facilitated a two-day workshop focused on operating principles and strengthening the feeling of community. The format combined listening, learning and co-creation through play.

The space itself wasn’t easy. The hotel meeting room had low ceilings and pillars positioned in all the wrong places. But our technical production team reimagined the space as a flexible, high-energy hub.

The two-day event ended with music. Professional musicians helped participants shape their ideas into a shared anthem. A creative high point that carried the momentum well beyond the final note.
