Vantage was tasked with designing a futuristic, multi-zoned stage environment - one inspired by AI-generated imagery and built to match the event’s focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies.

It was a fast-moving project.

A Barcelona venue was confirmed late in the game, giving us just four weeks to design and deliver the entire experience.

The solution? We adapted the existing AV infrastructure to maximise impact while keeping things lean. Every decision was intentional as we balanced ambition, agility and the time pressures.

We brought in an onsite AV team early, people who had already been embedded in the content production. That integration made the difference. Execution was seamless, thanks to the groundwork and the support of our trusted local partners.
