The staff in a newly founded business unit playfully and creatively set about generating a new sense of "we". 

Ably instructed by artists, the participants set about decorating the letters. Over three metres high and just as wide, they got creative with drills, glue, broken tiles, spray paint, wool, wood … as they "designed" their new department. 

Living up to Picasso's quote, “Everything you imagine is real,” the teams communicated what they felt was important to grow as a team, a business unit and the customers they serve.
