Vantage were tasked with designing a futuristic, multi-zoned stage and plenary environment inspired by AI-generated imagery. The event’s focus on digital and AI technologies set the tone for a cutting-edge approach that had to be delivered within tight timelines.

The project presented unique challenges: we had to design and produce the stage, lighting, and sound setup using existing technology at a rapidly chosen venue in Barcelona. In parallel, we curated an onsite AV team to ensure flawless execution.

Inspired by the company’s meeting theme and the need to communicate to colleagues worldwide, we created a dynamic stage design brought to life with LED frame lighting. The setup featured three distinct areas—an exhibit zone, a panel discussion space, and a moderator's area—combining functionality and innovation to reflect the event’s theme.
