It's a first for Vantage

A first or Vantage! We’ve been named one of Switzerland’s Best Workplaces for 2025.

This award from Great Place to Work Switzerland recognises companies of all sizes that put culture and values at the heart of what they do.

For us, our values are care, curiosity, and together. We live these three values every day, whether we’re onsite in Australia, Asia, Europe, the Americas, or at our HQ in Switzerland, planning the next great event.

While the rest of the team were keeping things running across the globe, Lisa Ross-Magenty Blaettler picked up the trophy in Zurich on behalf of us all. It’s one thing to believe we’re a great place to work, and it’s another to have it confirmed like this.

We’ll celebrate together in June. Until then, thanks to every team member. This GREAT award belongs to all of us.
